The tour guide and driver will pick you up either from Pingyao railway station in the morning then start your wonderful tour at Pingyao Ancient City. It has a history over 2,700 years that still maintains its intact charm blended with ancient walls, elegant courtyards and scattered temples. You will at first visit the Old City Wall, one of the four famous best-preserved old city walls of China, and is also one of the oldest and largest brick and stone city walls in China which resembles a tortoise from a bird's eye view. Then next, move to Ri Sheng Chang Bank Museum, the first money exchange shop in China, and also famous for "Hui Tong Tian Xia" (business connecting the whole world).

After lunch, visit the Old City Government, mainly built in Ming dynasty as an administration in feudal China like today's court of justice. Spend some time here and learn just how the governor settled lawsuits in the ancient time.
