Welcome to Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province. Upon your arrival, your warmhearted Guizhou local guide and driver will greet you at the airport or railway station, then you’ll be escorted to a local hotel and check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore.

Recommend activity: Wander around Qianling Park where you can stretch your legs and enjoy the beautiful landscape, worship at Hongfu Temple and watch naughty monkeys. On the top of the mountain, you will have a panoramic view of whole Guiyang city. Later head to elegant Jiaxiu Tower, the symbol of Guiyang with a history of more than 400 years. Climb to the top, the scenery of the Nanming River is quite beautiful. In the evening, the neon lights decorated the tower and the city, looks magnificent!

Overnight in Guiyang

In the morning, drive around 2 hours to Huangguoshu Waterfall. Entering inside, you'll take the sightseeing bus to Tianxiqiao Scenic Spot, which is regarded as the Karst floating stone forest. Beautiful stones carving the date are scattered all over the place, you can find your date of birth there. Besides, you’ll enjoy the enchanting lakes, caves, floating stone forest, elegant stone bridges. Take some pictures at the beautiful Silver Pendant Waterfall. After enjoying delicious lunch at a local restaurant, take the sightseeing bus to Huangguoshu Waterfall, the only waterfall that can be viewed from multiple angles. When the water is sufficient, it is like a flood dragon into the pool, shattering and deafening. The scene is extremely spectacular. At last, pay a short visit to the shooting place of Journey to the West-Doupotang Waterfall. Drive back to the hotel after visiting.

Overnight in Guiyang

Check out from the hotel and head to Libo Daxiao Hole Scenic Spot(3.5hrs), the famous UNESCO World Heritage where consist beautiful mountains, lakes, caves, forest and waterfalls. In the gorge, the waterfalls run fast and look like silver water curtain, so magnificent and breathtaking. Besides, you get the chance to have close contact with local Buyi ethnic groups by visiting the traditional Diaojiaolou buildings, watch their beautiful cloth and silver jewelry. The meal will be served at a local restaurant. Continue the trip to the ancient seven holes bridge, built in Qing dynasty and served as an important bridge betweenLibo county and Guangxi province in ancient time. Although it looks fragile, it has survived floods for hundreds of years. Later, you will discover many precious trees and plants there, some plants even root in the stone in the water. It looks like a floating forest if you look from a distance. The tour ends from sending you back to a local hotel and have a good rest.

Overnight at Libo County

After breakfast, transfer to Basha Miao Village(3hrs). Basha Miao Village is regarded as the last gunner tribe in China, you will enjoy the exciting show including wrestling, singing and dancing, haircut by sickle, wedding ceremony, gun shooting show etc. Men in this village value their hair very much since it’s the most important gender symbol in men’s costumes. You will see the men remain the hair in the center of the head and tie it up. After enjoying delicious lunch at a local restaurant, transfer to Zhaoxing Dong Village(1h). In 2007, it was selected as one of the 33 most attractive destinations in the world by National Geographic. Enjoy the idyllic landscape as you walking leisurely along the path and appreciate traditional singing and dancing of Dong ethnic group, enjoy elegant drum tower, wind and rain bridge and amaze at the wisdom of Dong ethnic group. Check in the local hotel. The rest of the day is free for you.

Optional activity: Enjoy inspiring Dong Choire in the evening at your own cost, the famous World Heritage.

Overnight at Zhaoxing Dong Village

Check out from the hotel and drive to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village(3.5h), the largest Miao village in China. Entering inside, you will be warmed offered 12 bowls of rice wine, the highest etiquette in Miao's culture. Afterward, enjoy the lively singing and dancing performance, or you can even try their local costumes at your own cost and take some beautiful pictures. Famous Long Table Banquet will be served for lunch. In the afternoon, you will explore Xijiang Miao Ethnic Museum and get comprehensive knowledge of the Miao ethnic group from its history and culture, singing and dancing, traditional architecture, costumes and silver ornament etc. At last, check in a hotel and have a rest. Don't miss the amazing night view in the evening, it's one of the highlights of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village.

Drive back to Guiyang airport or railway station for departure(around 3hrs).
