Day 1 Arrival in Shanghai

Day 2 Shanghai
After breakfast, the tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel. You will start off the tour at the Jade Buddha Temple, which is the Shanghai's best-known Buddhist site, you can admire the Buddha statues that carved out of a single piece of white jade then move to the Shanghai Museum which possesses a collection of 120,000 precious artwork. Its rich and high-quality collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy is celebrated in the world.
After a tasty local lunch, stop at the picturesque Yu Garden and explore local souvenirs and delicious food at City God Temple Bazaar. Stroll the Bund and soak up views of Shanghai's stunning skyline. From here, your guide will escort you back to your hotel.

Day 3 Shanghai-Xian by Flight
Catch the flight to Xian. Upon arrival, enjoy delicious local food at Muslim Street at your cost. Later, visit Xian City Wall. The city wall is an important cultural relic which separates modern and the old city center. Choose to either walk or ride a bicycle along the wall to take in picturesque sights.

Day 4 Xian
Our driver and tour guide will pick you up from the hotel then take you to the visit the Terracotta Warriors, reputed to be the greatest discovery of the 20th century. Get the chance to view the site with more than 8000 replica warriors crafted with clay and standing ready for a battle.
After an authentic lunch, pay a visit to Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It is a complex of temples, pagodas and expansive gardens built to offer refuge and keep the scriptures, Buddha's statues and relics brought back by Master Xuan Zang from India.

Day 5 Xian-Lhasa by Flight
After breakfast, visit Shaanxi History Museum whose construction represents the highest-level of museums in the 1990s and to some extent, it is definitely the milestone of the modernization of Chinese museums. Get a detailed commentary and miniature overview of the history in this museum from the guide. After lunch, transfer to the airport for flight to Lhasa (3.5 hours). After arrival in Lhasa, be met by local tour guide and driver then escorted to Lhasa city, on the way crossing the world longest river-Brahmaputra River and its branch river Lhasa River, you will view the Tibetan village and beautiful houses with prayer flag and the mysterious Buddhist temple. After 1-hour drive, you will arrive at the Lhasa city hotel, then check in and try adapting to high altitude acclimatization.

Day 6 Lhasa
After breakfast, go to visit the world's scenic-Potala Palace accompanied by local experienced Tibetan tour guide, the Potala Palace is a mysterious building and a symbol Tibetan historical, religious and political united palace, which built in 7 century by Tibetan 33th religious king Songtsang Gampo. After 2 hours Potala Palace tour, stand in the Potala Palace Square looking at the palace, you can feel its majestic, sacred side. Then enjoy a delicious lunch in a Tibetan style restaurant. In the afternoon, go to the heart of Lhasa old city to visit the holy temple-Jokhang Temple then follow the pilgrim circuit path walk to Barkhor Street, enjoy the live Tibetan pilgrimage and experience Tibetan ancient business street surrounding the holy temple.

Day 7 Lhasa
After breakfast, accompanied by our local guide drive to the west part of Lhasa city to sightseeing the Tibetan largest monastery-Drepung Monastery, the Drepung Monastery is one of the Tibetan six Gelug school, built in 15 century by Jamyang Chokyi of the Tsongkapa's disciple. The Drepung Monastery is also famous in Tibetan area for teaching Buddhist lecture.
After lunch, continue to go to visit Sera Monastery, the Sera Monastery is one of the great three Gelug monasteries of Tibet, and the monastery is famous for its debate activity in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries. It served as the summer palace of the successive Dalai Lamas, it is recognized as a part of "Historic Ensembles of Potala Palace".

Day 8 Lhasa-Beijing by Flight
Catch the flight to Beijing. Upon arrival, you'll be warmly greeted by tour guide and driver, then transfer to Lama Temple which is the most famous Buddhism temple preserved from. Besides, it boasts for the highest wooden Buddhist statue and the living place for two of emperors in Chinese history.

Day 9 Beijing
After breakfast drive to Badaling Great Wall scenic(70km), upon arrival at the entrance to the gate of the Great Wall, climb along the stair up to the hill of the Great Wall. View the surrounding landscape, then down to the foot of the hill and drive back Beijing city, en-route visit the Summer Palace, a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty to enjoy the blend of natural scenery and artificial picturesque landscape.

Day 10 Beijing
After breakfast, our tour guide will accompany you go to visit the symbol of the Chinese political, cultural, economic center of Tiananmen Square, then continue to visit the imperial palace-Forbidden City. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, which was a Chinese original religious Taoist's temple and built in 15 century. And in Ming and Qing dynasty, Chinese emperors held annual ceremonies for the good harvest, and the building deeply shows the Chinese ancient folk custom and the people's spiritual lifestyle.
